Join a meeting

In order to join a meeting, you will need to have the Zoom client installed on your device. If it is not installed, follow the steps outlined in our guide to installing the Zoom client.

If you received an invitation link to a meeting, you you can click on the invitation link and it will take you to the zoom website, where you can click on Open zoom.us and this will launch the Zoom app. If you are using a Chromebook, it will automatically open the Zoom app for you and take you to same place.

When you launch the Zoom app, you will see a screen that will give you the option to join a meeting

Enter Meeting ID and Your Name

Type in the Meeting ID and your name and click on join.

Click on Join with Video

Click on Join with Computer Audio
