Check to see if you have tape or anything else covering your camera. If that doesn't fix the issue, go to zoom.us > Preferences
Click on the Video link on the left sidebar. You should see settings for Camera. There is a dropdown to chose which device to use, the default being the built in camera on your computer.
Check the audio settings. Click on zoom.us > Preferences
Click on the Audio link on the left sidebar. You should see settings for Microphone. There is a dropdown to chose which device to use, the default being the built in mic on your computer. You can test the mic by clicking on the Test Mic button.
Same steps as mic issue (see pic above). Look at the Speaker settings.
